The Graduate Tower offers efficiency, 1- and 2-bedroom layouts so you can live how you want. Even better: residents will be able to renew their leases after their first year.

  • Stay - Residents are welcome to stay at the Graduate Tower as long as they are eligible.

The new Kendall Square

  • Open Space - A new gateway to MIT’s campus and open spaces will provide public programming year-round, connecting the community to the activities that go on inside Kendall Square and MIT’s campus.
  • Retail - New retail is arriving that will continue to energize the neighborhood, such as the recently opened Brothers Marketplace in Kendall Square. Longer hours at new retailers will keep the area active.
  • Cultural - Adjacent to the Kendall T stop, the new MIT Museum will be home to year-round programming featuring exciting art, science, and invention.
