About the Community

The Graduate Tower at Site 4 is one of the newest residences on campus and is highly in demand. It is the Institute’s first building to mix individuals, couples, and students with children and has amenities to match each family situation - including a community playroom and a central location to Kendall’s many food and entertainment options. One of MIT’s three on-campus childcare centers is also located in the building. The building has an involved executive board pioneering Graduate Tower at Site 4’s culture.
